Q: Do you have a minimum order value?

A: NO. But large heavy side materials may be subject to a minimum order value at our discretion

Q: How do you calculate when a delivery qualifies for free delivery?

A: The order value has to be £200 NET (EXCLUDING VAT) but excluding delivery charges.

Q: Do you just supply the trade?

A: NO we supply both the trade and direct consumers.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders from schools and local authorities

A: YES we do you can fax or email it to us.

Q: Do I have to be at home to take delivery?

A: YES. All our items need signing for.

Q: When do I find out when my item will be delivered?

A:When checking out you can select a delivery date from the dates available. We can deliver next day or any day that you specify other than weekends and Bank Holidays. Once we have processed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Your order has not been accepted until you receive this?

Q: What time will my order be delivered?

A:On all items we do not give specific time slots. Deliveries take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm. However you can call on the delivery day to find out an approximate time if available.

Q: How do you accept payment?

A: We accept credit or debit card payments online via Sage Pay. All our orders are secured by Sage Pay so you can be assured of your security. Our website also accepts PayPal. We can accept payments via cheque and BACS however the delivery will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: After we have processed your refund it takes 5-7 working days for it to appear on your statements.

Q: I can't find what I want?

A: If this is the case please contact us as we have access to many more products other than those listed.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: The cost of delivery depends on the weight and quantity of your order. The delivery cost will be calculated at the shopping cart stage.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can only cancel the order if it has not been dispatched or is a special order. Once an item has been dispatched our normal returns policy applies.
